Usually, a “fiasco” is something to avoid. But the best teams push, fail, respawn, and iterate. The name fiaskonina comes from my battle royale background. It reminds me that growth rarely comes from playing it safe. Play smart and enjoy the game.

I’m Nina Santaniemi, a certified leadership and team coach. I work with people who adopt AI. My coaching is grounded in positive psychology and shaped by Nordic trust culture. I believe that in the AI era, the curious human is your most valuable player.

The Shift Method

We start with the people. I find the leader’s and the team’s potential. We uncover what people need to feel supported and perform.

We put change into practice in coaching sessions. For example, we use a real business case simulation to train your team to spot opportunities, experiment, and move fast. I also support the leader with dedicated 1:1 coaching.

We move from plans to actions. Real success happens when the team has agency. I facilitate a sprint where your team co-creates their own Action Playbook: their AI adoption roadmap for the next 6 months.
