I’m Nina Santaniemi, a certified coach with a Master’s degree in Communications and over 15 years of experience in communications, workplace development, and marketing.
I call myself a curious realist when it comes to AI. Critical, even.
Teaching people to adopt new technology is not new to me. I’ve coached hundreds of leaders and experts through new technology, when helping them build their professional voice on social media. And personally, I’ve always been an early adopter.
But recently, the tech has not just developed but accelerated.
When AI started reshaping every industry, I watched people inside big organizations learn on the job. They had resources and colleagues to figure it out, while I was on my own.
But I also saw that even with all those resources, people were still struggling. The human side of AI change wasn’t being addressed. “What could AI make possible for me? What kind of power I could be for people who need support”, I asked myself.
And finally, AI clicked for me on a personal level, and I founded fiaskonina for the human side of AI change. Now I’m here to make the shift happen with you.
