Leading AI change is not straightforward. There are expectations, a lot of pressures, and often very mixed feelings. And most leaders are figuring it out without much support.
I offer 1:1 coaching for leaders who want to lead with more clarity, confidence, and impact in the AI era – and use their influence for good. The process runs five sessions over three months.
For managers, group coaching is also available, which is a powerful method for learning faster together, and building organization-wide change.
